At MoonLash, I have a fill policy to maintain lash extension quality. Clients with 50% or more extensions receive a fill, while those with less than 50% require a new set to ensure lash health and aesthetics since outgrown and compromised extensions are carefully removed, leaving you with significantly less extensions.
At MoonLash, each set is warranted for 48 hours. Clients can spot any imperfections during this time. After 48 hours, charges apply for any further treatments as supplies and time are utilized. No refunds are provided, but I promise to fix any mistakes I made free of cost. Client responsibility includes reporting concerns within the warranty period and proper aftercare. My priority is to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
Clients are requested to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to allow time to fill the spot. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice require a $20 rescheduling fee (on top of the set price).No-shows must pay for the full service in advance to book future appointments. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and excellent service for all clients.
For a low maintenance option, try our lash lift and tint. Our lift will give your lashes a perfect curl and our tint will darken them for a more defined look.
At MoonLash I prioritize a serene and pampering experience for my clients. I kindly request clients to attend their lash appointments alone, but Ican accommodate one companion if needed due to reduced space. For safety reasons, no small children are allowed in the studio due to chemical and equipment use. Thank you for understanding.
At MoonLash, minors under 15 years old cannot receive lash extension services due to the risk of allergies. Clients aged 15-17must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and a minor liability waiver must be signed
